We recently switched to All Creatures from a vet at a major pet store. Let's call it Fanfield. We've been with them for years, but we've never really been thrilled with the care our dogs have received. Now that our only remaining pup has been there for years and has new physical issues, we have switched to this highly recommended vet. I can't tell you how much we wish we had done this a long time ago. The difference in care and affection is absolutely amazing. We are so happy with this group of doctors and technicians! They are all big animal lovers and that really gives us a lot of confidence in the care our dog is receiving.

They are Covid fanatical and uncomfortable.

dr Lapin has been our family vet for over ten years. We followed her to this clinic when she first moved here. I am very happy with the care my dogs received here from the entire team. I also appreciate the measures they have taken to minimize the risk of Covid to their human customers and their staff.

We have been a customer for over 20 years. Quality veterinary care. I recently saw one of the newest vets, Dr. Bloomberg, and he was great. We did routine exams and hospitalizations for our puppy and 2 cats. I wish they had someone who dealt with exotics, we had an old bear that needed end of life care and we ended up having to go somewhere else.

My family and I have been bringing our pets (dogs and a cat) to All Creatures for over 20 years. The staff is always friendly and competent. I recommend dr. Nordstrom for all pet owners. He takes time for every furry parent, answers every question, and is really nice! (My dog ​​is VERY shy and I have seen him take the time to approach her in a way that she is comfortable with. I also had an older cat with special needs and she was so comfortable with his Closeness!) Because from COVID19 conversations are over the phone, but they don't rush you or take your concerns any less seriously.

From scheduling the appointment to paying for the visit, Dr. Horawitz and his fantastic team. I have 2 cats and he and his vet couldn't have been nicer. The examination was thorough but delicate and they even sent someone to the room to collect payment. Based on this experience, I definitely won't wait that long to bring it back.

I was actually at the Plush Pup beauty store. It's behind the veterinary clinic. I've been using it for many years. Always friendly and treats animals well. care style as desired. If I don't comb the hair enough, it gets tangled. So it's cut shorter than I'd like. To avoid discomfort for the pet. But that's my fault.

In decades of bringing dogs and cats here, we've always had good to great experiences with the vets, even when we've had pets with serious medical issues (follow-up instructions for humans plus "She's a cat and can do what he wants" for the cat). Some of the vets have their own special needs pets to know what it's like at home. Finally, the prices for consultations and medications, including x-rays and surgeries, have always been reasonable.

People are always so kind and thoughtful! I'm taking one star off because every time I call I'm left waiting a long time. Once it was 10 minutes.

I was there with my dog ​​when he started having problems. He was 11 years old and healthy. We found out he had a hole in his heart. That was right. I was on a budget. So when I didn't have the money to get all the tests in the world they said I didn't love my pet enough. They said if I cared enough I would get tested. I have to support 2 kids. I regret not having 3000 in the bank anyway to spend on tests while he was dying. We lost him, but we made him comfortable and he died with his family. I would say to be more compassionate with people, it's not all about the money, some people can't afford it all, but compassion and love go a long way.

Excellent working hours, all employees show a high level of care for animals and are capable of providing advanced animal care. We have been bringing our dog and rabbit to them for several years and they have done an excellent job.
