OSRS skilling methods to make money

Dexterity is the main aspect of Runescape gameplay, so combining your skill training efforts with goldcrafting will be a good use of your time. PVM skills like Combat and Slayer are not included in this part of the guide. Below are methods to make money from PVM.

What is the best skill to make money with OSRS?

There is no one best skill for making money in Runescape, and you should work on leveling up many skills. Mining, Farming, Runecrafting, Herbalism, and Blacksmithing are good skills to start goldmaking. In general, you need to start upgrading a number of different skills in order to make money.

Runic creation

From skill level 25+ you can earn a lot of money by leveling up Runecrafting.

• 25+ Steam Runes – 300,000 – 500,000 (75) per hour
• 27+ Cosmic Runes – 300,000 – 800,000 (75) per hour
• 35+ Chaos Runes – 200,000 – 600,000 (75) per hour
• 40+ Astral Runes – 400,000 – 1100,000 (82) per hour

Make money OSRS AFK

Making AFK money is a way to make money in Runescape that doesn't require much attention.

Make Money OSRS F2P

As a F2P player it will be much more difficult to make money than as a membership player. You can buy Membership Bones with gold. I recommend that you buy the membership first and then pool money to pay for more months if you don't want to spend real money.

OSRS PK looting

Looting is a great way to make money in Runescape. You can actually make 250,000 to 500,000 an hour if you do it with no requirements. Always remember to have a loot bag. All you have to do is go to the PvP areas (world 18 and 25) and pick up the items that are being dropped by the players.

Good areas for PvP looting are:

• Caves of the Reborn

Looting also works in PVE areas where players are too lazy to pick up items or drop items. Just make sure people know you're looting and most players will agree.

OSRS GE Turn

Flipping items in the GE is one of the best ways to make money in Runescape, but you'll need a lot of money to get started.

Flipping basically means buying low and selling high. This happens in all real markets and works the same in OSRS.

It takes some time to get used to flipping. Below are some items that are good for beginners to turn.
